When my boys were younger, one of the most used items with both of them were our wagons. My oldest son had a plastic two person wagon that lasted many years. We used it with both boys, and they are 7 years apart. It was well made and well worth the money. I can’t count the trips we took around the block in that wagon.
We also had a metal radio flyer wagon. My oldest son loved to pull his younger brother in that one because it was lighter and easier for him to pull. The metal wagons do need to be kept out of the weather as much as possible though.
Maybe you’re looking for a small wagon your toddler can push or pull instead of one they ride in, and if that’s the case, I have featured this type of toddler wagon as well. No matter what type of wagon you’re looking for, if it’s ideal for a toddler you’ll find it here.

Best Wagons For Toddlers
These are the best rated and best selling wagons. I took into account reviews, features, durability, and other factors when deciding which wagons to feature as the best wagons for toddlers. These two are my favorite. Both are of these just happened to be Radio Flyer wagons, but if that name says anything to me, it says “quality”. If you don’t like these, there are more below to choose from!
Toddler Wagons With Canopy
The best toddler wagon is the Radio Flyer wagon above, but these are some great options of wagons with a canopy. I like the one that has the let down side because something like this is great to have at the park, at festivals, or any time you’ll be spending a lot of time outside. The shades keep your child safe from the sun, and all of these have room for two kids/and or kid supplies (as I call them).
Radio Flyer Wagons For Toddlers
Radio Flyer is a brand name that is nostalgic, and know for the quality of it’s products. The Radio Flyer wagon is a classic toy, but these are some upgraded designs. The wagon with the wooden side is a cool way to make a classic Radio Flyer wagon a little safer. The extended sides make it a great option for a toddler if you’re looking for the classic wagon look. The plastic wagon below is of excellent quality, and although it’s not the classic design, it gives a nod to the original design. I just love the white wheels.
More 2 Person Wagons For Toddlers
If you haven’t found the perfect wagon yet, here are some more options for 2 person toddler wagons. These are great if you have more than one child, or if your child wants to take everything they own with them on walks. My son’s used to want to fill their wagon up with toys. The choo choo wagon below also has a trailer you can buy separately so it’s great for two kids, plus their gear.
Toddler Wagons To Push
If you’re looking for a wagon for your toddler to push, these are some great options. These work well for babies trying to walk and toddlers who are busy bodies. My youngest had a toy similar to these and he used to haul small toys all over the house. He’d laugh and giggle the whole time he was pushing. Like most toddlers and babies, he never slowed down.
Toddler Wagons To Pull
If your toddler wants a wagon to pull, these are two very small wagons that are the perfect size for toddlers to push. I love both of these, and it just depends on your personal preference. One looks like a traditional wagon and the other a more modern, plastic wagon.
Folding Wagons For Toddlers
Folding wagons are great to have if you want to have a wagon that can be stored easily and kept in the car for when you need it. These are great for sporting events, parks, or festivals. These would even be great somewhere like Disney.
